With more than 15 years of experience, the company Herakles Transfers specializes in the organization of transfers, private and shared, between the airports of Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble, Chambéry and Annecy, to from all ski resorts in the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.
Among which, the main ski resorts are: Chamonix, Morzine, Avoriaz, Châtel, Flaine, Les Carroz, Méribel, Courchevel, Tignes, Val D’Isère, Megève, Méribel, Crans Montana and Zermatt… However, our experience of the terrain and the professionalism of our teams allows us to organize trips to or from all other ski resorts located in the Rhône Alpes region (Tarentaise, Val d’Arly, Val d’Aosta, Iseran).

As with Shared Transport, we are entirely dedicated to you and we will take you to Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Les Ménuires, but also to Tignes, Val d’Isère, Les Arcs, and many other ski resorts. Our Private service will guarantee you complete satisfaction

How can I book my private transport?

- Choose your private transfer (or shared transfer if you prefer),
- Choose the time of your return shuttle *,
- Follow the on-screen instructions to make payment,
- Your booking confirmation and invoice will be automatically and immediately sent by email.
A little advice…!
In order to limit your waiting time at the airport, we advise you to plan your flight according to our shuttle schedules.
For your choice of departure time from the station to your airport, we recommend leaving at least 5 hours before your take-off time, which is why on each of our proposals, we indicate an approximate driving time for each journey. It’s up to you to add how much time in advance you want to arrive at the airport. Remember to allow a safety margin of at least 45 minutes, because you must not forget that shared transport may require several stops for other users. We must also not neglect the fact that following dates of high road traffic, the journey time can be significantly extended. As a general rule, you must allow at least 5 hours before the take-off time from Courchevel, Méribel, la Tania, Val Thorens. Add according to the timetable 1 hour for Tignes, Val d’Isère, les Arcs….
If your flight were to leave Geneva or Lyon airport with a takeoff at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, you would therefore need to plan for a departure between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. from Courchevel and 7 a.m. from Val d’Isère or Tignes.
Your arrival at the airport would be between 12 p.m. and 12:20 p.m.
You arrive at the airport:
A private welcome is reserved for you; the driver will accompany you to the vehicle to secure your luggage, waiting for the departure time.
If you should miss your departure, don’t worry, we can always arrange your transfer to your destination on the next available flight. However, a supplement will be required (see general conditions of sale). To avoid this inconvenience, we advise you to plan your departure at least 45 minutes after the scheduled landing of your flight.
You are leaving for the Airport:
We will pick you up at the address you gave us when you made your reservation.
The pick-up time that you have defined may vary between more or less 30 minutes depending on the different pick-up locations for different users.
If you miss your departure, don’t worry, we can always ensure your transfer to the Airport on the next available shuttle. However, you will need to pay a supplement (see general conditions of sale) or organize an additional private transfer, to be paid directly to the driver.
